I’ve used Motor cars LA for years now, and I never want to use another car dealership EVER! Their cars are so Clean on an enclosed showroom floor protected from outside elements. Their cars usually have Luxury packages or upgrades, they are not basic at all! The best part is the price points. The cars have a great range from classy, economical, and affordable, to top dollar exotics that will have you dreaming of new financial goals. They do appointments only, and it’s actually nice because they get to work with you one on one, with no distractions. Furthermore, not only are prices awesome, lots of quality and class for your buck, but the trade in value they give you is also really fair. Every car I’ve seen on their lot has extremely low mileage, unlike other lots with high mileage clunkers. They are straight to the point, no gimmicks, no sleazy, greasy, “let me go talk to my manager” run around. You want it you got it. They are also great at getting loans worked out and take the time to find the best rates, and they also helped me find a great deal on insurance. I literally have not been able to beat the service and quality and refuse to trust any other dealership. I’ve bought 3 different cars from MCLA and each one has been my favorite, I always receive compliments on my cars from MCLA because they are classy and beautiful, not basic. We found my dream car at Motorcars Louisiana! My husband and I stumbled upon the car online while searching for an amazing sports car with a jaw dropping blue paint color. We found a Lexus RC300 F-Sport in Ultrasonic Blue Mica. My husband contacted Motorcars Louisiana right away and got in contact with Rami.He answered all his questions and even agreed to FaceTime us so we could see the car together.Stunning! We bought the car and Rami helped us find a car hauler to bring the car from Baton Rouge to Central Florida. These guys are GREAT! They are super laid back and easy to work with. I live in Montgomery, AL so the purchase of my Audi was made over the phone. The transaction was done quickly and smoothly; communication was excellent. I drove about 5.5 hours to get my car and was quite impressed with every car there. You can tell these guys take a lot of pride in their inventory as most all of their vehicles are on the showroom floor and very well maintained. Once I heading home, I realized I had a door speaker that was blown, but not crazy noticeable. We called them the same day and a new speaker was shipped within the next week or so with no extra cost to me. The QX60 we chose had soo few miles and EVERY package/upgrade available for a fantastic price. I felt it was too good to be true. From the first call with Rami, I was immediately put at ease. He was very helpful and nice, felt like talking with a friend. After 10 months of searching, this was the FIRST dealership to be this nice, honest and straight forward. I love that they are a NO HAGGLE dealership. The on the website price is their best price. I finished the credit app on their website. My personal FCU had me at a great rate but, Rami felt they could do better. They were able to beat my current FCU interest rate by 2% with their lender. I had a test drive with Alex. He explained everything and answered every question, very knowledgeable. The vehicle was clean, had a full tank of gas and temp tag on it when we got there. From the time we pulled up to the time we left with our new QX60 (including test drive) was 48mins. Rami even took the time to teach me how to use the TVs and setup my bluetooth on my phone.We will definitely use them in our future deals.

Visiting Motorcars has been the best decision we have made. Most other dealerships keep you there all day, are very pushy and always throw in added things you don’t need to benefit them. I originally called before visiting and that’s when I spoke with Alex. Alex was very straight forward with numbers so I decided to put in a finance application before going. Literally within 10 minutes he had my son approved. We went today and test drove the car at 9 a.m. no lie by 10 a.m. we were done everything.
